COVENANT GUIDELINES FOR EASY REFERENCE 

  1. Do not park cars on the street - COVENANT No. 10
     

  2. Store trash receptacles so they are not visible from the street - COVENANT No. 17
                                    

  3. Maintain a sodded front yard - COVENANT No. 25
                                 

  4. No lawn trash in the road or curb - CITY ORDINANCE
     

  5. Do not park your car in the yard or on the sidewalk - Duh.
     

  6. Do not route drainage from your lot onto another lot - COVENANT No. 22 & 23
     

  7. Changes / Improvements to the exterior need HOA approval - COVENANT No. 13

ASSOCIATION DUES

Inverness Homeowner's Association dues are $125 a year and billed in January.

Information About Fines

 

Florida Statute allows for fines to be levied if covenant violations are not corrected in a timely way. The maximum fine allowed is $100 per day for each violation, with a maximum of $1000 per violation. Fines will only be used as a last resort.
