HOA MEETINGS

Meeting dates will be posted on the website or signs posted at the neighborhood entrance.

Every Association is required to hold an annual meeting. Annual meeting notices are sent out in advance and will contain the year-end newsletter and financial statement. We encourage each and every homeowner to participate in your association's meetings.

New board members are often elected or appointed at the annual meeting. If you are interested in running for a position on your homeowner’s association’s board of directors you must attend the annual meeting.
